Back to basics

What exactly is customer service? And, is it the same as or different than customer support?
If we go back to the basics of the buy, sell, trade concepts of years ago, that is where the key customer service concepts are kept. That is what needs to shine through any business, in order to differentiate from the average/good online programs or businesses of right now, today.

I do find it ironic, that, given all the technological advances we have today, what is really missing, that will be part of the "next generation" of sales and marketing, is excellent, customer service.

So, therefore, ANY BUSINESS, OR SERVICE I HELP DESIGN,CREATE, NAVIGATE AND LAUNCH, WILL HAVE THE ULTIMATE AND BETTER THAN THE VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!

That is the difference I will make while being a part of your development team and launching your projects. That is my passion, and my background. So, as we all get back to basics in almost every area of our lives, it is time to develop sustaining online businesses that develop a trusted customer relationship between the company and the client/customer.
