How to foster a culture of innovation - Holy Kaw!

Somewhere between divvying up the work load, setting positive examples and holding their team to a high standard, managers are expected to somehow inspire their group to foster a culture of innovation. And, as you might have guessed, this task isn’t always an easy one. Here is Matthew E. May’s great take on how to do it. See some of his tips below:

  • Work on solving problems your team has experienced and have a thorough knowledge of.
  • Aim for clear value enhancement: quality, cost, speed, etc.
  • Don’t head for an area lacking good visibility.
